Alex is the Best! Twenty years ago when we were considering a condo purchase he did the inspection. We purchased the condo and we STILL refer back to his detailed notes. However, it IS 20 years later and now we have some major maintenance issues. We “thought” we needed to replace the roof, but Thank Goodness!, we asked Alex to do another inspection. Turns out that the roof can wait, repairs to the front of the building cannot. Alex is an expert at what he does. He’s on time (early), thorough and provided us with a detailed report in record time. He’s also Very Nice!
