Alex is very professional and knowledgeable, and he’s done 4 or 5 inspections for me over the past 16 years. He always does a thorough job, and gives extensive reports with lots of photos (which especially helped me with an HVAC issue on my last house). I always feel comfortable asking all my questions & I appreciate that he doesn’t rush me. I can’t imagine finding a better home inspector. I wouldn’t hesitate to hire him again.

Alex is by far the best home inspector with whom I've worked. He is professional, easy to talk to and provided clear feedback not only regarding the state of the condo but also how to maintain it's systems. He explained important issues to consider when buying a condo in Boston. Further, he will, as part of his fee, respond to my questions regarding home maintenance for a year. He was not alarmist in any way, something rare in home inspectors. I highly recommend him!
