We hired Alex to do the inspection on our first home and he was thorough, patient, professional, and kind. I called him on a Tuesday afternoon and he agreed to come out for an inspection early the next morning just in case he found something that’d we’d need to bring in a specialist before the inspection contingency closed. He arrived early and spent several hours investigating the basement, first floor, second floor, attic, roof, exterior, etc. He was so patient with me following him around and asking him many questions, and his same-day report was so clear, detailed, and helpful.
