See What Your JBS Home Inspection Report will Look Like

Understand how Alex evaluates everything from 250-year-old Massachusetts homes to new construction builds, and how your report translates findings into clear next steps.

What you’ll see in the report

This is the same format you’ll receive: a visual inspection report (from our non-destructive assessment) designed for non-technical homeowners who need to make decisions quickly.
  • Summary page with prioritized issues (Major Deficiency, Safety Issue, Future Repair, In Need of Repair, Due Diligence).
  • System-by-system chapters: roof, exterior, garage, structure, drainage, heating/cooling, plumbing, electrical, interior, fireplaces/woodstoves, insulation and ventilation.
  • Color-coded narratives with photos and captions, so you see exactly where each issue is and why it matters.
  • Embedded links to additional reference information and Massachusetts Standards of Practice, just like clients receive.
