Alex, I have been working with you for three years now, and I am writing to say, "Thanks." As a Realtor in Boston I am always hesitant to give out referrals as they often come back and bite you. However, as I am an Accredited Buyer's Agent I have the ability to recommend specific contractors to my clients. Only one name comes up when we discuss home inspectors. It’s very easy for an inspector to walk into an old house and tear it to pieces, without any explanation of the "big picture". On more than one occasion I have seen you calm a buyer's anxiety by thoroughly explaining the problems of an old house, how one would go about fixing them, and most important, what is a priority. It’s also very helpful that you provide your reports by email.
